Our Team
The CallVault team consists of enthusiastic and dedicated call centre professionals who all have in-depth knowledge of the
industry, from both a suppliers and an end-user perspective. We are committed to developing our own staff through the
organisation, and many of the team initially worked within Ansaback, our 80 seat contact centre. This has allowed them to
gain a strong understanding of how a busy and interactive contact centre operates.
From Consultants, to Training and Education Managers, our friendly and efficient approach stretches across the board, and
we strive to provide the best possible service to all of our clients.
