Mobile Gateway
CallVault offers your business the opportunity to cut your telephone bill costs, by reducing the cost of calls to mobiles.
With today's mobile phone culture, calling customers on their mobile (where there is a high percentage chance that they
will answer, compared to home phones) can account for as much as 60% of your call costs.
These savings are delivered by routing calls directly to the cellular networks, rather than the traditional methods of
routing over landlines first. This is achieved via a piece of hardware known as a Mobile Gateway, which is attached to
the CallVault server. The gateway can contain up to two SIM cards that each have a bundle of minutes attached to them.
CallVault automatically monitors the number of minutes used each month, and will stop sending calls through the gateway
should the threshold be exceeded.
The Mobile Gateway can be added to any CallVault server for an additional £500 fee (SIM cards not included).
