Completely independent from your Telephony Platform, CallVault will record every inbound and outbound call and store it securely onto the server. Daily Backups run automatically at a scheduled slot to ensure data is kept safe and readily available.

CallVault has been designed as a business critical application and to provide unrivalled reliability. We only use the best Intel XEON-powered Dell servers, which have been proven to be amongst the most reliable on the market.

  • As standard, one CallVault box will store 77000 hours of calls.
  • Calls are backed up automatically every hour to a second storage device which is included as standard.
  • The entire unit runs on a robust UPS ensuring that, in the event of a power failure, the unit shuts down gracefully.
  • The system is monitored by 24x7 by our heartbeat license, ensuring that if the unit ever fails, our support team are notified immediately.

CallVault is based upon the VoiceSafe solution from technology house – C A Solutions (CAS). Originally concentrating on building technology for the Automotive Industry, CAS was acquired by the Daily Mail and General Trust (DMGT) in 2006 and forms a cornerstone in the DMGT Digital Division, which includes assets such as Motors.co.uk, findaproperty.co.uk and Primelocation.com.

Today CAS offer a range of solutions and have over 1700 installations of their products within the UK.
